Students & Young Adults
Here at St John’s there are lots of students and young adults in the church family. There’s lots on through-out the year particularly aimed at these groups, giving them an opportunity to get to know one another and Jesus better!

5pm service
Our service at 5pm on Sundays is particularly aimed at Students and Young Adults - head on over to service page here for more info!
Student Connect Group
On a Tuesday evening our Student Connect Group meets in the Link Room at 7:30pm. We have drinks, snacks and a chance to go deeper into the bible together. If you’re a student, you'd be so welcome to join us. Email our student pastor Jeremy for more info.
Young Adults Connect Group
Every other Monday evening our Young Adults Connect Group meets. This group is aimed at those aged 18-35 who aren’t students. We share dinner together, spend time doing a bible study and praying for each other. We also meet for socials at other times. Email the group leaders Sam & Molly for more info.
Weekend Away
In January 2025 we had our first weekend away! We spent time focusing on Matthew 11 v 28 - ‘Come away with me'. We spent time in worship, heard some great talks, prayed together, had break out groups looking at scripture, solitude and sabbath and ate lots of food! We’re excited to share plans for 2026 soon!
